| The Bible says there is only one God, but at the same time, it also says the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirits are God. Because God is one yet three, we say He is triune, and we refer to Him as the Trinity. |

| There is only one God: |

| The Father is God: |

| The Son is God: |

they will all wear out like a garment. You will roll them up like a robe;

| The Holy Spirit is God: |

| God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are one: |
| | "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" - Matthew 28:19
(note: notice that the word "name" is singular)
